Why does my shipped and delivered package say it has "Mulitible Shipping" ?

I sold 7 boxes of toy fences.. printed out my shipping label and brought it to the post office ...Why is it saying "Multiple Shipments" when it is one box and it was delivered... while the first one states I didn't even bring it to the post office .....
