Recently (the last couple of weeks) shipping costs have been way off for buyers. I am doing the same thing I have been doing for years and all of a sudden the rates are completely wrong when an item is purchased. I have gone back and checked my listi...

Buyer bought and paid for item but wants item shipped next summer due to she is out of the country until then. How does this affect my seller rating? Do I need to call eBay so that they know it's a buyer request and not my failure to ship?
