UK Postage Labels Changed?!

Pre-order items

I'm new to this. How do you handle somebody ordering a pre-order item when eBay keeps telling me to ship it now? Did I list it incorrectly? Or do I print the label and wait till it's available?

replying to request for quotes on multiple items

I received a long list of items eligible for quotes. The system cut me off about half way through the list. I was suddenly getting an ineligible for offer notice. Is this normal? How do I let the buy know what happened?

Can’t Find An Offer

Unable to browse pictures within an auction. Function buttons also aren't working.

I can log on to my ebay account. If I go to my watchlist and open an auction. It opens fine but I am unable to do anything else. Unable to scroll through pictures. unable to press buttons to take actions.

Why can't I add to cart or buy now?

The search page looks different. But you can search but the section the has the cart and buy now are wider and if you try to add to cart or buy now it puts a dotted line around that area.
