Buyer lied about shipping speed, lied about having a conversation with me , disparaged me as as seller, and finally lied about item being broken arriving from authenticator. After all of this although EBay agreed with me, they took the side of the lying buyer and took my legitimately earned funds out of my account. I clearly state NO RETURNS. The jewelry which retails for 2K was sent back to me without any signature confirmation.
Shame on you EBay for taking the side of those who spread untruths and take advantage of the process.
