I got an email with an offer, but when I followed the link, the offer wasn’t listed anywhere in my account. What am I doing wrong?

That is helpful. Thank you. I just thought there would be some trace of it so that I could see that it was there and then removed. Especially since I got another email from EBay asking if I wanted to respond.
