I have an issue when i am trying to ship an item specifically a First
Class item, may be I am missing something here idk. The item is 11
ounces, it says the buyer will pay 3.10 on the ad page but when you go
to print a label is says 3.66 for 11 ounce...
How can a buyer return an item for whatever the the reason they feel
like!! This is unfair!!! We sold an item and the buyer decided to return
because 'he found Aa better deal" Ebay sucks
