Took best offer on an item, now buyer won't pay our communicate. What is the next step. It's been two days.

I received a best offer and accepted it, tomorrow will be two days. EBay sent a request for payment and I've tried unsuccessfully to contact the buyer. What's the next step? I set my acct for immediate pay, does it matter?
