Thought I would do a follow-up on this, after a couple of calls to Ebay,
they determined & verified that the customer had paid for the item (even
though it was on my Unpaid list) they could not provide any reason for
it except "it was a software glit...
As it turns out there is a payment shown in the "Payments" tab detail.
According to that the buyer is correct it was paid for on 12/17 but it
is still showing in the Awaiting Payment listing on the seller hub? If I

my payments & there it was - it shows that the item was paid (in fact
amount was processed & paid out)!!! But it is clearly still on my UPAID
item list (with warning not to ship)?...
