Hi, I used my ebay shipping supply coupon a few days ago and I noticed
this morning that it was scanned as delivered yesterday to the wrong
zipcode, I did not receive my order. If I open a case how will I be
reimbursed? Will ebay give me a new coupon...

I am having the same issue. I have 18 items marked as having no tracking
at all. When I click on each item, the tracking number is there and they
have all been scanned delivered. These were all from Memorial weekend!
My seller forecast is above stand...
Sounds like the mailman scanned the package as delivered instead of
accepted. It's happened to my packages a few times. The tracking should
update when it reaches the sort facility.
