This is a first for me. While checking on a tracking number I see that
it has been refused. I know that I need to wait till the package is
returned at which time I will refund. I plan on refunding the $98.00
only and no shipping as I will still be $1...

that my item had shipped but tracking showing still on there dock 6 days
later I was for the most part happ...
As the heading says I find myself blocking more of late that I have ever
in the past so am I right or just over reacting. My first eBay sale was
in 2005 and to date I have blocked 14 buyers. Most for not paying but in
the last 3 months I have blocked...
