Should be but the system might not be integrated for the return shipping
labels is my guess. but even so, you should have a easy way to see this
for later reference.
On the Open return page of that item you can see it, I will upload a
picture so you can see where (For some reason if a case is escalated or
closed i think the tracking number gets removed, not cool. That's why it
can't be seen after a case is closed...
Believe me this is painful, but I'm done taking this type of stuff. If I
