A buyer put in an order and then an hour later stated he had a "new"
address and gave me that address. I wrote him back and asked him to
change the address in his account, and of course he hasn't. How should I
proceed?
Has this happened to anyone? I sold an item and a couple days later the

A buyer classified an item as "defective" and started a return but it
was not defective, it was damaged in shipping. Because it was termed
defective eBay will not refund my shipping and neither will Fed Ex as
they state they have a contract with eBay...

They paid but did not change the address or respond to my message. I
cancelled the sale again and did not relist. I assume the cancellations
will effect my stats but I just don't need the hassle. I plan to block
them as a buyer as well.
I had one item, one of a kind. I would not have relisted it. It was just
2 days after I sold the item. The reason I believe it was some sort of

Good advice. The buyer and I did have a lot of communication because I
was truly sorry they did not get an item they thought they were going to
get. I'm relatively new here. Is it possible for the buyer to remove the
"defect"?
