eBay is refunding the buyers without returning the Items. I think this has gone to far.

Pretty much what the tittle says. Anyone got any ideas what might be my course of action?

This is just absolutely unbelievable. They are refunding the items without returning the items. Laptops that were bought and sold with our personal effort, besides the funds being held by eBay, they are refunding the buyers without letting them return the items.

If the buyer provides their own tracking it has to show delivery.

Exactly.  But my question still remains.....if the buyer simply called eBay and gave them the tracking number used (presumably to the local CVS or library in the seller's zipcode)....does the seller get to have that tracking number?  

In the past, eBay would not provide that information to the seller.  In this case, we need the OP to come back and provide some more information.  First, if these were sales to a Freight Forwarder, and second if eBay gave a reason why  the buyers prevailed and were refunded.  

@broto_64   A seller's return policy has no bearing on this.  He/she accepted the return and provided the eBay return  label as required.  Nothing showed up, the provided label was not used, and the buyer was refunded.

Read again:
A buyer need not actually return the product in order to receive a full refund on a "no returns" policy.

Yes it does matter, only the No Returns policy acts this way, every other returns policy absolutely requires a tracking "delivered" for the MBG to release the funds.

I'm not sure what is so difficult to understand about this.

The thing is it did happen with both an item that did have a 30 day return policy, as well as one that did not have it.

No, no reason, no email. Just they got refunded and I'm here standing like a fool not knowing what to do. Not like I can contact them easily. I send them a message over eBay business, waiting for a response.

Sadly, on closed cases, I can't see the tracking anymore, just on open cases. This time I managed to take a picture of one issue I'm having and made sure to copy the tracking number shown.

Yes it's true, the issue with those closed cases is that they don't show the tracking number after closed. I can send 2 pictures for comparison. One is a normal return. The second is the case were it was closed without returning the item.

Yes I understand what you say and it should be that way. So why is eBay's not doing it? Besides here is a couple of pictures to show a bit what I said. The first 2 cases doesn't show any tracking number after closed and I don't know why but I managed to upload the pictures so it can show what it says. The first one is a normal case where the customer returns the item and I do receive and refund the buyer myself. The second is 1 of the 2 cases where the buyer just gets refunded without returning the item (Not even shipping it back).

To be honest, I was left speechless and with my mouth wide open. I never had this happened to me either. And obviously, ignored.

Yes I agree but also that would mean that the seller can abuse sending a non working label.

Yes it does but it doesnt show after a case is escalated and closed which is a really dirty trick from eBay. I just saw this on a closed case.

Believe me this is painful, but I'm done taking this type of stuff. If I have to show proof to let people know what eBay is doing, I'll do it. I don't care if they take "action" against me for this.

On the Open return page of that item you can see it, I will upload a picture so you can see where (For some reason if a case is escalated or closed i think the tracking number gets removed, not cool. That's why it can't be seen after a case is closed).

I can't see the tracking on the closed case.

For some reason is not showing up on my shipping label page either. Should be but the system might not be integrated for the return shipping labels is my guess. but even so, you should have a easy way to see this for later reference.
