Ebay Shipping Question

Today, I shipped a box USPS Ground Advantage that actually weighed 6#'s and measured 22 x 17x 5 inches + 1870. So, dimensional weight came into play. When I divide 1870 by 166 I get 11.26. So, I put the weight as 12#'s and ran the label.What I wonder...

what is this new 'EDIT' field beside all my listings, offers, etc.

When did Ebay add this field? It's a new blank beside all listings on the seller hub, appears in all the send offers, etc.

I give up . . .how do I do a bulk edit for changing shipping?

This is the most confusing issue. I want to add a new shipping rate to my shipping policy. Can't seem to get there from here. Would like to do a bulk edit to existing listings. Please, advise. Thanks.

I offer 30 day free returns. I sold a necklace 9/22, shipped 9/22 and it was delivered 9/25. On 10/8 buyer files return for'changed my mind'. Okay. I accept returns. paid the label. She doesn't ship until today, 10/28. Over 30 days from receiving it....
