Cell Phone app, with Ebay Shipping, doesn't have UPS option, only allows Fedex or USPS

I use my desktop computer to print labels and ship items via USPS, Fedex or UPS. But on the cell-phone app, there is only two choices - Fedex or USPS. Anybody know how to get the app to allow UPS shipping, too? Thanks in advance!
