After 2+ decades of abuse, mistreatment, neglect and discrimination against, NOW EBAY after ? 10 or 14 days they are now giving + FB. I suppose and in 999/1000 times a buyer would be screaming bloody murder pretty quickly so if NO NEWS then it is goo...

I do not think for a min that these sellers, with 20 transaction, knows about some states not requiring EBAY to tax the shipping charge and thus reduce their FVF. I think, they is thinking that they dodge shipping charge completely on FVF. But..........

SO THEY IS AN ADVANTAGE TO THE BUYER, WHEN SHIPPING IS 90% OF THE TOTAL PRICE? IN SOME STATES?

So some states actually differentiate between shipping and item purchased? Item I was looking at, the seller(who ain't hardly got any ratings) was selling 2 tennis rackets, which would be 20 oz and cost around $10 to ship Fedex to most places in USA....
