Packages going east instead of west?

This is two packages I have shipped that were supposed to go to California and Idaho and went to New York and New Jersey first. This is not my fault as the seller but I may get dinged anyway. Is this happening to anyone else?

Shipping partial refund

Is there an Ebay way to return part of shipping costs? The buyer bought 2 items, but I will not need to charge as much for the second item as I can combine shipping. And yes, the buyer already paid and asked for a partial shipping refund.

deleted sale before I made shipping label

Ebay International Delivery, problem with alignment of label.
