What do I do when a seller isn’t answering??

I won an auction for a iMac (it’s a pretty expensive purchase) the seller has yet to respond to my messages. It’s been 3 business days, it last supposed to be delivered on the 30th. Today is the 29th. What should I do?? Please help thanks
