Scan Form Not Generating - error message repeatedly

Anyone else having difficulty generating a Scan Form using eBay Bulk Shipping Labels?  

I used Bulk Shipping to create 12 shipping labels without issue this morning.  Now it won't let me generate a USPS Scan form.  

Great eBay!  Looks like I'll be standing on line at the local PO Monday while they complain and scan each package and box individually.

This is still happening... will someone from Ebay Tech support let us know know to re-generate a scansheet after this "sad face box" error occurs???

I have been having the same issue for about a week. It only seems to happen after 9 pm EST my time. I run 3 to 4 bulk shipping groups per day. All earlier work. Until it is fixed, try waiting until morning. I hope this helps.

Oemspecialists comment gives an interesting insight -- I'm running into this for the first time in a long time and it's after 9PM EST. It says I've only got 2 hours left to print one but I'm hoping the option will be there in the monring. eBay customer service was a total failure in dealing with this -- seems like it should be an easy fix but still lingering for people

I am able to generate scan forms only for my smaller orders (35 or less items per order).   If I include any larger orders with the bulk shipping process, not only will the label for these larger orders not generate, but the scan form will not generate for any of my orders.  Thus, I can only include orders of 35 or less items with my bulk shipping process and still be able to generate the scan form.   My USPS carrier now scans about a fourth of my orders (35+ items) manually and the rest of the (smaller) orders via the scan form.  This has been going on for three weeks.

Happens to me frequently, very frustrating.  Every time I click "generate scan form" its like playing roulette.  Sometimes it works and many times it does not.  Once it does not work it never works for that set of labels.  Every other platform I generate scan forms for works every time, but hey ebay is only a multi-billion dollar company and does not have the resources (or concern) to fix this issue.

My scan form generator hasn't worked for over a week. The post office is getting very irritated with me at this point.

Same issue, 86 labels on one and 12 on another, The tellers at the post office are going to hate me. Where is all the money from my fees going? Clearly not tech support.

Printed 52 labels and they got to scan every single label. THANKS EBAY!!!

Why won't ebay support help with this issue.  It is clearly ongoing.  Our post office is horrible with scanning our items.  This was supposed to be the answer.  I get dinged when USPS doesn't scan it on my account, because It looks like I printed a label and didn't actual ship the item.  they are getting lost and I have no way to prove I have shipped them.  I use the bulk shipping option on ebay, and it is horrible, especially when it comes to printing the scan form.  Is it possible to get ebay technical support to assist?

Yep, encountered this problem as well.  USPS wouldn't scan 36 at the counter for me and so I had to just leave them.  And of course, 48 hours later , five items STILL have not been scanned in.  Good grief eBay this is unacceptable!  You have so many hoops we have to jump through to keep our accounts in good standing and yet you make it impossible for us as sellers.  Why am I paying all of these fees when you just don't seem to care at all about this?  This thread is MONTHS long and it's still NOT FIXED.

I have never had a problem UNTIL last week and now daily no scan forms WHICH EBAY uses to make sure they are mailed.  This is against our account and standing as a seller.  Mine started when the postal rates went up so many it has something to do with that??  PLEASE FIX IT!!!

This is crazy. My mail man won't scan multiple packages so now I have to go to the post office every day. Gas is too expensive for this. I hope Ebay fixes this issue. I put a ticket in last week but nothing has changed.
