Aside from the USPS system being down, has anyone else has issues with
running bulk USPS scan forms after 8 PM EST. I have had this issue for a
long time now with nothing fixed by Ebay even after multiple calls.
When a buyer tries to extort you or leaves a negative feedback for no
reason other than they do not take any responsibility for their own
actions, a seller cannot rate them to warn other sellers or block them.
This happens to us all of the time. We do not block international
buyers, but many buyers cannot buy in many common, countries like
England, Germany , and France. Ebay has been no help. They do not know
