As long as I can remember .. There was a "button" about 1/3 of the way down the listing (just above the description, on the right side) that allowed you to choose one of 3 options for printing out your item listing.
I always printed out a copy of the listing and included it in the package with the item. Today I went to do the same thing and the "Print" button was gone. Why ? This tool is of GREAT use. I used it for EVERY sale I made. I called eBay customer service and they had no answer. The only suggestion was to do use the "Print Screen" option on my computer. This isn't as good as the eBay Print Listing because it includes info that isn't useful to the buyer and it doesn't leave the proper space I used to mark the item Paid In Full and a Thank You for your purchase note.
How can I / we let eBay know how important this button was ? Any suggestions ?
Thanks in Advance,

There are a couple of specific workarounds:
(1) Click on the Leave Feedback link, then hover over the 'Order details" link next to the item title, and the popup window has a "View purchased item" link which brings up the old Print window.
(2) For a Purchase, if you have already left feedback, go into your purchase history and then under View Order Details, you will see More Actions with a dropdown menu. Click on View Paypal Transaction and eBay will assume you had a problem with the item and bring up the item in a small window to the right and will give you the option to View Purchased Item, which brings up the old print screen.
(3) For an item you have Sold, go to the listing page and click on "View purchased item" in the list of links at the top-left of the page.
However, there seem to be no workarounds for your Unsold items or items in which you were not a party to the transaction.

I just called eBay about the print button being gone. After a lot of searching, she told me to call back tomorrow and talk to the Advance Application Team because I needed to start using TurboLister?? I don't sell alot but I do print when I buy, the few occassions when I sell, and to look at other auctions when I am doing research. Does anyone know if TurboLister is the answer?

Good point. What does ebay have to gain by the Print button removal? I know nothing about Turbo Lister. Other ideas? It must somehow be related to Ebay's endless tweaking to increase their revenue stream.

It is not a waste of paper when I print to a .pdf file for archival on my hard drive. I need the complete listings printed to be able to review at a later date 6mo to a year down the road. I also need all the pictures to distinguish between similar items purchased.
This was a terrible SNAFU on Ebay's part to deprive users of an extremely useful tool that has been sorely needed since the inception of the site. They had the wisdom and forsite to include it to start with, why remove it now?
My two cents (sense).

FOUND IT!
Go to your Purchase History.
Go to Leave Feedback.
Mouse over the Order Details to make the popup appear.
Slide over to View Purchased Item and click that link.
Voila! The listing is there with a PRINT button, and you may select your choice of printing listing summary, seller's description, listing images, combination or all three.

Thanks for finding that workaround. I, like many others it seems, always print out a copy of the auction immediately after winning. It's saved me many times when something isn't as it was described and mysteriously the hosted pictures have disappeared from the internet.
I'm definately on the list for "put it back where it was" though because I have used the print option as a seller... and I've also used the print option to print out the listing of an item that i'm intending to buy, or getting permission from my managers to buy.
Cheers!
