Customer ordered 2 separate items and paid individually. I will ship them together. I had adjusted the cost on an offer that I accepted. How do I show the same tracking # since I'm shipping them in one package?

If you have already printed the shipping label for package a, then go into awaiting shipment and use "add tracking number" for package b and put the tracking number for package a there.
From your selling hub click on your "items for sale", scroll down to where the listing says "print shipping label" you will see "more options" roll mouse over than and a drop down box will show up. click on "add tracking number"
I had this issue a while back and found that since the item was paid for using PayPal that I was able to add the tracking number there and it eventually synced to eBay Not sure if this will work still or not, but you could try!
I also got that note once. But only once a few months ago. Since then I've been able to add the tracking number without a problem. Not sure why it continues for you.
