Are sellers allowed to inflate shipping charges for their handling fees
(bags, tissue paper, tape etc) ? I am seeing this all the time now, and
after 26 years didn't know if it's allowed. i.e. shirt price is 5.99 and

there has always been a pencil/pad for the buyer to leave feedback and a
pencil I think for the seller to leave feedback. That pencil is no

The pencil is no longer there. Just the pad/pencil (buyer hasn't left
feedback). For all of these years the two things have been there but for
whatever reason, only the buyer feedback pad/pencil is there.
For some reason, under orders where I typically leave feedback, there
now is only a pad/pencil picture for the buyer to leave feedback. There
is no longer a place for me (seller) to leave feedback on the seller.
