I need EIS assistance. I do not have the option in my shipping policy
and per ebay I was opted in yesterday. I also no longer have GSP.
Meaning I cannot ship internationally and have buyer's asking me about
this.
I can't post an issue in the technical forum. I can't reply to a post in

in health and beauty that I have found that do not allow eIS are still
