Ebay USPS Priority Shipping Label free insurance reduced to $50?

Up until about a month ago I was getting $100 of included USPS shipping insurance when buying my labels through ebay.  Around Nov. 15, 2020 it is now showing $50 included insurance when I print my labels.  Fortunately I don't sell many items in excess of $50.

I checked my ebay messages and I don't see any explanation about the reduction in shipping insurance coverage.

Was the $100 of included shipping insurance coverage a perk for Top Rated sellers?

I lost my Top Rated status about the same time.  Cause was falling below standard on number of items sold in the past 12 months.

Never mind.  I just found the reason, I lost Top Rated status so now I loose $50 of insurance coverage.

Top Sellers get $100, the rest get $50. If your level changed, then the coverage did as well.
