It's most likely in your ipad's print settings, another way to do it may be to "save" the label to a pdf file and then print from that, .pdf has its own print settings as well.
Good luck, I'm not fond of printer issues and I've had many over the years, some can be a real brain tease but the good news is I've always found the solution.
