Combined items, purchased one label , tried to add tracking number the various items -- eBay allows the tracking number and carrier to be added but the "save" is greyed out. Anyone else?

Here is a screenshot: Notice the save area is greyed out. Had customer service call me -- of course, they know nothing about it and can't help. When I asked if he would make a ticket for this and forward it to technical issues , the call was disconnected. Ugh!

Is the shipping address showing EIS (international)?
Assuming the buyer didn't put things in their 'cart' and buy at once (eliminating the need for paying more than once) and then you can refund shipping overage easily- is that correct?
Is the Buyer ID the same (not name/address)

I am getting the same thing here. I enter the tracking #, and the list arrow doesn't do anything for the carrier. I manually type in the carrier (USPS) but the "Save and continue" button remains grayed out.

Several sellers on Reddit say they are still able to add tracking via the eBay app, so you may want to try that as a temporary workaround if possible.

I'm getting the same thing. I even closed everything and tried again with no luck. The text on the tracking page looked smaller to me also. I've been trying for the past hour!

I could not enter tracking information using my computer, but I was able to add tracking when using the Ebay app on my phone. Hope this helps !

Hi kyle@ebay devon@ebay elizabeth@ebay - can you guys please get this escalated? Screenshots in 2nd post on this discussion. Can't enter tracking on web because save button is grayed out.
Reports have been coming in since about 11:00 am. Work-around is sellers can enter tracking on the app, but that's cumbersome and prone to errors on more than a couple of transactions.

Hey @wastingtime101! There is a sitewide ticket open for sellers being unable to add tracking numbers and we are working on having that Tech Board updated. This is being worked on to be resolved and we do encourage sellers to reach out to customer support and have their account added to the ticket ALERT15135. The more examples our Tech team has, the sooner they will be able to have this resolved.

No, it's a domestic, ground adv. shipment via USPS. The buyer paid for several items separately, did not bother using cart to receive combined shipping. I see now that this is a system wide problem. Going to try to add tracking via app. I usually avoid the app since it is so riddled with issues and is so limited in scope.

TY -- this worked! I usually avoid the app since it is so limited in use for sellers. Was able to scan the bar code and didn't have to enter all those number's manually
