Can't add tracking number!

Combined items, purchased one label , tried to add tracking number the various items -- eBay allows the tracking number and carrier to be added but the "save" is greyed out.  Anyone else?

I sent the buyer the tracking number via eBay message which can be done by scrolling down on the shipping page.

That's not enough for your on time shipping metrics, tracking uploaded metrics, or protection on non-receipt claims.

Another seller reported the issue was fixed - is it still a problem for you to upload tracking?

It's currently working for me, but only for USPS. Other carriers still aren't appearing on the drop-down.

I am also having trouble with the tracking.  I cannot add it and may lose a sale AND my item because of it.  Cannot contact Ebay at all.  I even sent proof to the customer by message.  So frustrating!
