Having the same issue. Multiple browsers on multiple computers. Cleared cookies and all.

Several sellers on Reddit say they are still able to add tracking via the eBay app, so you may want to try that as a temporary workaround if possible.

Downloaded the App as a workaround and was able to scan the barcode for each package (thanks to valueaddedresource for the tip!). EBAY, if your listening, you might offer some kind of status page showing issues with various systems with ETA's for fixes. And if you have one, please post where it might be. Thanks

Glad that worked for you @enableyourlife ! 

eBay does have a system status page that is supposed to show outages or disruptions, but unfortunately in my experience it is very rarely updated and very often we'll see a flood of reports of technical issues here in the community or across social media/other forums that are never reflected on the official system status page.

Typically, Down Detector is a good source of information if you are wondering if an issue you are experiencing is widespread, but that would be based on independent user reports and wouldn't have any info directly from eBay as far as ETAs for fixes.

Thank you for the status page location (saved the address for future use) but as you pointed out it looks like they use it only when someone remembers to use it (the last post seemed to be in October for some maintenance that occurred in October) - DD is my usual go to but they only had one post and not many reports of any issues.

But all is well with the app. Thanks again for posting

An eBay rep posted a response on another discussion about this issue:

"There is a sitewide ticket open for sellers being unable to add tracking numbers. This is being worked on to be resolved and we do encourage sellers to reach out to customer support and have their account added to the ticket ALERT 15135. The more examples our Tech team has, the sooner they will be able to have this resolved. "

In the meantime, adding tracking using the app is working.
