rebecca@ebay , since you're new here you may not be aware of this issue. It's been ongoing for over 2 years and it's a consistent problem. Since both Doug and Alan left I don't know if anybody on the current community team is working on it.
The .co.uk site links to the .com discussion boards. While it's fine for UK sellers and buyers to join in the discussions, it can get confusing (and and dangerous) when they post asking for help since policies can differ between the sites.
