It was moved to my profile, no link, no nothing. I was stating the truth it is in their OWN writing.  This is what I wrote and it was removed real quick . 

Ebay no longer followers any posted rules they make up, I called today to close a return,

You are mistaken.  You posted on the Shipping & Returns board and it is still there. It hasn't been removed.  A copy of all your posts go on your profile.  If a posting is removed a mod will tell you. If it is removed to a more appropriate board you are told.

You can't have a returned closed now by calling, you just have to wait until they decide to close it.

eBay closed a case of mine recently. This never had a scan.
July 10th The buyer started the return and printed the label through eBay.
July 24th was the date it should have been returned by.
July 29th was the date eBay closed the case.
So an Abandoned Return is closed by eBay on the 19th day, presently during Coronavirus Covid-19.
