Pretty much what the tittle says. Anyone got any ideas what might be my course of action?

This is just absolutely unbelievable. They are refunding the items without returning the items. Laptops that were bought and sold with our personal effort, besides the funds being held by eBay, they are refunding the buyers without letting them return the items.

That seems clever of eBay. What does it harm to leave it posted? I wonder if this is deliberate or if there is a logical reason the Tracking Number is deleted?

This would make it near impossible for someone who is unfamiliar that eBay will delete the Tracking information to appeal their decision when they figure out what has happened.

You should not be refunding until your item(s) are back to you. Unless you've not approved a Return request maybe?

Very sorry for your situation. Are you set up for automatic returns? You may want to check it out. A feature that eBay did not divulge to sellers as far as I know. I never heard about in my messages or just even taking the time to see what's happening currently via this platform concerning and I've been here on eBay since Jesus played for Cubs.

These agents are US CS eBay employees and may better serve you and your situation. Many positive posts with their ability to be helpful. In the past they were helpful concerning my issue at hand. Give it a try...it might be worth it. Hang in there.

You're not describing the circumstances related. Are they not as described claims or those of non-receipt etc.

They mentioned in the return details it was as not as described, and we accepted the return without issues. The buyers are getting the refund after a few days without shipping the item. We even tried to appeal and it was denied without reason anyway. They are just literally stealing.

Did you provide a return label too? You have a lot of very unhappy buyers with complaints of item not received.
