Views and watchers reset on my listings

Almost all my listed items have 0 views and 0 watchers despite having dozens of views on each listing and 1-5 watchers

Is there no way to contact a buyer who sent an offer anymore or is it just on the app? I got an offer on something that will cost more to ship it than he offered and I just wanted to let them know.
