Local business that was a UPS drop off, made a FB post about some advice
on after Christmas returns. some was good advice but then there was,make
sure and make all returns for "wrong item sent" to get free return
shipping.
Had a buyer open a return on a item that had not been delivered, when I
asked how they could return it when it had not been delivered yet they
told me that they had it held at the PO. I got the item back ok but was

I get a request for "free" shipping on a regular basis. I think that the
next time this happens I am going to just agree and switch the listing
to free shipping right after I add zone 8 shipping cost to the price.
