All,
Throughout June, we’ll be sharing insights on how eBay brings in potential customers and keeps buyers coming back.
Find this content, including breakdowns of how we run our business and chats with eBay leaders and sellers, across eBay for Business Facebook, Youtube, podcast, and eBay Seller News Announcements.
And we want your questions as part of the conversation. You can post your question on the Traffic Month forum.
In Week 5, we’ll respond to your top trending questions with a series of content.
The four weeks of content are: eBay Marketing, Google Shopping, Social Media Marketing, and the eBay Partner Network.
Share your questions, and upvote those you want us to answer.
Thanks for selling on eBay.
Brian

I have buyers that would like to requesta total but can't if volume discounts are on the listings. I have lost sales due to this policy. Adding volume discount encourages more sales according to eBay, but by not also allowing the buyer to request a total, the shipping ends up being mulitples of the item cost and I have to plead with them to buy it and that I promis to refund the shipping difference. What a horrible policy to have. Change this and my buyers will return.

Doesnt look like some folks are grasping the fact that this thread here in Selling is not where you post the questions. Would have been better to just post the announcement here and then lock it.

I'm thinking you're right.
There are (including this one) 20 posts here, some completely unrelated.
On the Forum, there are total of 17 questions, including some duplicates.

My question is why did you disappear from the managed payments thread? eBay as a company has done an impressively bad job communicating changes that will affect sellers within literal weeks time. Even when you did reply to questions you disappeared and came back with an apology because you were working on your house improvements. It's great to see how dedicated eBay is to communicating with sellers for a change we'll be forced to deal with (short of moving on altogether which is fairly appealing at this point).

Cant help noticing that the post from @gamersbaystore was chopped down to only that portion of the post that could be conveniently answered with a copy and paste response that was no better than a canned reply from customer service. The really tough questions asked in that post were ignored and deleted.
All in all that looks like maybe 45 minutes of effort in knocking together a reply to questions that have been building for a solid month. I expected more.
