OK... So for the last 10 days almost non of my items can sell on ebay. Customers keep getting error messages when trying to checkout. Errors say... Not Available, Not In Stock or a Quantity issue. And all items are in stock with correct quantity. My only work around is if I send a customer a direct offer or send bulk offers. This is the only way I can successfully sell an item.
I have been going back and fourth with ebay everyday and have got nowhere!!! 10 days and NO response from the Tech Depo. My sales are down over 60-70% and I dont know what else to do. I'm hoping someone else is having the same issue and can maybe shed some light? With a quick google search, I did find this was a pretty big issue back in 2017. I found lots of threads about this issue but no fixes.

I can tell you I get timeouts of the "site not found" variety when I try to pay for an item myself, usually I have to try several times before it lets me through, I know this can't be good... As far as their tech department not being helpful, I don't even bother wasting my time with phone calls, that's nothing new to me.

Which shows a quantity of 2......... I tried both 1 & 2 quantities.........
I'd call ebay............your shipping is free and I can't see anything in the ship to that would cause it.......I'm in US and primary address is PO box, but that doesn't give me the usual "can't ship to a PO box error", and shipping shows USPS lst class......

Yes this is the primary error my customers are getting. NOW what I don't understand is if I send you an offer on this item. You'll be able to checkout our and make the purchase. It definitely seems to be a quantity issue, but the quantity is correct and im not sure how that makes it go to error when ebay clearly shows and has the correct number in stock...
I've literally been on the phone with ebay every single day. I even have one rep named Adam that has been calling me each day to check in and see if we've made any progress. But this seems to be an ebay issue and cant get anyone to look into this. I'm just looking for a response.... like hey we are looking into this and well help you!!!!!

Sounds like "Adam" is recognizing the problem..........but they haven 't figured out what it is yet.......

I added one of your hoodies to cart, when I went to checkout I got the message below, so something is seriously wrong. I have to wonder how many other sellers are being affected by this, and if its affecting my own sales as well.

I tried the cart and Buy it now for your items and see no notices such as the one you show.........

A huge relief, thanks for letting me know! I just hope they can get the op's issues resolved. They probably should demand a credit on fees. But that still doesn't make up for the 10 days of lost sales they just faced, and for an issue that's still ongoing.

I dont hope anyone else has to go through this **bleep**! But at the same time it would be nice to know if others are having same issue and this is a system wide issue. Dude its been 10 days and nothing from ebay. My sales have dropped over 60%! Been on here since 99' and never had anything like this happen!
Well hopefully your not experiencing this same **bleep**.
