Hello i have a problem since the 22 may on ebay usa.

 i have sales Lot during the confinement 160 sales approx

with good average of impréssions 550 000 k and 3500 pages views

and now i have 0 sales since 2 weeks no pages view only 300 but my impréssion work.

Support tell me i have received a restriction with policies but they tell me i'm not blocked.

With time i can fix it in 1 on 2 months.. i have remove and re list new listing but nothing moves in 2 weeks best product have only 13 view...

whats going on pleaze?

@highlimits88 I'm unable to answer specific account questions. You will need to reach out to Customer Support to determine what the violation is and whether you have addressed it.

Out of curiosity how much time will the eBay team be devoting to the top questions this round?

How about getting into the 21st century!  Buyers using mobile apps can't "Request Total From Seller", from their cart.  This is causing much angst and aggravation for both buyers and sellers.  Your own statistics show that a high % of buyers are using mobile apps.  Buyers have to pay multiple shipping charges and sellers have to refund those overpayments, with no refund of eBay, or Paypal, fees.  Time consuming and costly for sellers.  Please, I beseech you. make this a viable function.

i have been dealing with ebay and the google shop "enhancement" for over 2 years. getting seen in google shop has ALL to do with when ebay decides to pay the google bill to promote listings...after 20 years here, i finally opted for a basic store in 2014 because i was told ebay promoted my listings to google shop free to me because it was part of my store fee. all of my items listed on ebay were also listed in google shop, not some but all. all was well from late 2014 up until may 2018 when i decided to downgrade from basic to starter (during the offer to downgrade without penalty in may 2018...

from that point on my items showed sporadically or not at all...this went on with ebay/google shop up to the insane GTC as a requirement. once that hit, the ebay/google pattern changed to only show recently listed items for maybe 2 days (not my full complement of active listings), then disappear to only reappear a few days before the GTC would renew. 

for some reason, starting december of 2019 and up to the new announcement that google shop would be "free", all of my listings started showing up again but only lasted to the day of that announcement...now i have nothing showing in the shop...this is not a google problem, and not my problem either. i have always fowwed the google rules on presentation to meet their criteria. goggle shop only gets what ebay sends them. which to date is nothing.

This has been a real big problem for me lately. It would really be useful if we could have the option of sending an invoice to a buyer of multiple purchases instead of making them pay right away. And calculated Nor flat Combined shipping doesn’t always work the way it should. The option of subtracting a certain weight for each additional item is hard to figure out when you sell a multitude of items with varying weights.

waste of my time trying to figure out where and whom to post to...i clicked on your reference and found no way to respond. the last time we were asked to present our questions. like last year? there was a very clear avenue to reply. i am not stupid but this is a colossal failure. but thanks for the link.

I WAS JUST FORCED TO ISSUE A TOTAL REFUND ON AN ITEM BUYER RETURNED WHICH IS DAMAGED AND NOW I WON'T BE ABLE TO SELL...SOME IS JUST WRONG WITH THAT
