I had a customer and they were not happy with the purchase. I said I would take a return and they needed to go through eBay. They could not do it. They asked, pleaded, just to send it back to me. They sent it back to the Franklin, Tennessee, address that was on the delivery label. I have a tracking number that shows delivery.
I have tried for over an hour to contact or communicate my issue with eBay. Once again, I cannot get past AI to talk to human being at eBay. They make money off me but cannot talk to me. Anyone out there know how to talk.

Reading between the lines, I think that OP is not familiar with the address that is used as the return address on his shipping labels, or at least does not remember it.
At first, he seemed to think it was an eBay address that eBay had put on the label. So he thought this was an eBay issue, not a mistake on his part. At this time, I don't know if he has accepted the truth or not.
