I had a customer and they were not happy with the purchase. I said I would take a return and they needed to go through eBay. They could not do it. They asked, pleaded, just to send it back to me. They sent it back to the Franklin, Tennessee, address that was on the delivery label. I have a tracking number that shows delivery.
I have tried for over an hour to contact or communicate my issue with eBay. Once again, I cannot get past AI to talk to human being at eBay. They make money off me but cannot talk to me. Anyone out there know how to talk.

I'm not at all clear what you need eBay's help for on this one. If you got it back, either refund them and/or put them on your Blocked Buyers List.

If we fluent English-speakers can't understand your story, you think someone in the Asian call center will?

I'd figure the best thing to do is write out all your feelings like it's a journal on here and not hold them in letting them consume you. I do not know how to talk them though so that is something you will have to go on a great journey to gain that knowledge.

From another thread which I think was removed.........he lives in Kentucky, so I gather the item was sent back (on the buyer dime, not ebay label) to the Franklin address, which was supposedly ( I think) on the box.....
Can't figure out if he was drop shipping or if the it was an address from an old box which was used for shipping in the first place.......
Of course, none of the above could be correct.........

You can understand perfectly well. My customer returned my item to the address on the sent label. That was pretty clear in my message. My problem which was also clearly stated. I cannot get past AI to speak to anyone at eBay. Can you help?

My customer sent my return to the address on the delivered package. That means not my home. That’s not hard. My problem is I cannot get anyone at eBay to talk to me. AI stops me or hangs up. That is called a bleep organization. So, if you can help, please.

This might be why the A.I hung up on you.

I have some bad news for you. Absolutely nothing you've stated about this matter is the least bit clear.

Perhaps what is confusing most of us is your reference to "the Franklin, Tennessee address that was on the delivery label."
To what Franklin, Tennessee address do you refer? None of my labels have a Franklin, Tennessee address, so we're all kind of wondering what you are talking about?
Can you share that Franklin, Tennessee address with the rest of us?

Never made clear. Is this an actual eBay return?
ETA: I know of no eBay return address in Tennessee.

I always put a Franklin, Tennessee address on my delivery labels, just to mess with my buyers' heads. Don't tell me I'm the only other seller who does that.

@stev.tucke
The buyer shipped the item back to you without going through eBay and messaged you the tracking number.
Tracking shows delivered.
Item was not actually delivered.
Is this what you're trying to say?
