I'm pretty sure they were referring to the feedback you give out. You have several policy violations just in the first few I see.

If they removed that true feedback, almost every seller should get their negative feedback removed.

I don't accept returns but if its not whats described you can return it can't you, and in this case had she messaged at all I would of accepted return, why you surprised when she's intentionally lying saying it didn't state in description it wasn't new, that's going above and beyond to try and ruin somebody's feedback rather than contact me about any mistakes, that's what good genuine people do, the issue is resolved, end of the matter as far as I'm concerned, although I made a mistake on the specific I certainly didn't on title, description and photos, so she chooses go off specifics, in my opinion very petty and very nasty thing do.. and very un called for, she got exactly what was described in detail.. you can return anything on ebay if not as described. So don't see your point 👀👀

NWT and BNWT are internet acronyms for “new with tags” and “brand new with tags,” respectively. These terms are used on online marketplace sites to specify that an item, usually an article of clothing, is unused and still has its tags intact. NWT and BNWT are entirely synonymous with each other and can be used interchangeably depending on the scenario.
It never means New without Tags . Any seller that uses the acronym NWT to mean New without Tags is at fault.
I also checked a couple of dictionarys and they define NWT as slang and the offical accepted meaning is new with tags.
This seller is just making things up that are not valid.
eBAY probably allow this acronyms because it a internet industry standard and I would say most people accept the meaning as"New With Tags"

It angered you? Hope this anger was at yourself.
"Radley Handbag Used Good Condition".
About this item: Condition: New without tags.

It doesn't look good when the seller tries to deflect the fault to the buyer.

I guess you just choose to ignore what we are saying or don’t understand. The positive feedbacks with negative verbiage you are giving your buyers are against eBay policy. Those are still there.

You missed three other points of TITLE, DESCRIPTION AND PHOTOS , all stating used ..

Girl you are just plain wrong. How many people have to tell you that for you to believe them? For the sake of your charity try to be a little professional and take some responsibility for your mistake. And be very very careful because people have gotten their accounts suspended for leaving negative comments in postive feedback to buyers.

No she didn't, she got a used bag that was listed as new.
The feedback she left shouldn't have been removed, since it was true.
