Negative feed back what is false

Can we have unfair negative feedback removed, I've a buyer whats lying about stated description and saying listing was listed as brand new without tags, when infact it isn't , was  used , how do I do this

Not costing me anything i sell for a charity  love not profit..how she don't see title b4 item specifics is beyond me, and then not read full description and to top that not looked at photos .. 🤔

And you know what I've met some lovely customers on here, these ones I'd rather do without.. Send the item back would be a good idea, I'm on about good decent people, not ones who choose go off a mistake on item specifics, when clearly states in title used good condition,  photos show everything, and full description certainly states it, so there's 3 other places it says USED , not just the one on specifics...

You might have wrote it was in good used condition, but you listed it as New Without Tags.

I always see title b4 item specifics,  awkward comes to mind, it's also in description and on the photos, and I would have contacted seller like most would b4 purchase

When you sell on Ebay, you have to be in those technicalities if you don't want stuff like this to happen.

You state in your listing that you don't accept returns.  I'm surprised they removed the feedback.  And also, the False negative you left for the buyer is against policy.

I know, I was listing another bag at same time what was new without tags, my mistake, I will certainly be more careful in future, lesson learned

Hi again. 
Just to clarify, eBay policy doesn’t allow item details to be inconsistent. All of the different fields in the listing must contain uniform information.

So for example, a seller cannot say “Good Used Condition” in the title and then “New Without Tags” in the condition field, and then “Used with minor flaws” in the description. The reason it is a policy violation is because it can confuse or mislead the customer.

It is squarely the seller’s responsibility, not the buyer’s, to ensure their listing has all accurate information throughout. eBay is not understanding when it finds contradictory details in a listing. It is not a “Buyer beware” kind of site.

Mistakes happen to all of us, at one time or another. We are only human. The important thing is learning from them moving forward. Best of luck to you and many wishes for a good selling year.

Although not taking responsibility for your own error is a problem, the 13 "BEWARE" all-caps novelettes feedback you left for buyers reflect even worse on you as a seller. 

Are you aware that as a seller, you are NOT allowed to leave contradictory (negative) comments for buyers?

I haven't looked but doesn't surprise me, OK I made a mistake on item specifics granted, but its in the title and detailed description and on the photos, I see item description b4 item specifics and if I wasn't sure would of messaged clarify,  just think it's very unfair,  but lessened learned, can't understand why she never even messaged could of been sorted, guess some folk are just like that...I'll have a look, I never leave negative feedback b4 contacting a seller, thank god its mostly positive nice genuine people I deal with..

I'll definitely be getting that removed as they haven't even got that item had to cancel as was not paid for nearly a week, and refunded..

And if sending a payment reminder after 4 days is bullying so be it ,
