Negative feed back what is false

Can we have unfair negative feedback removed, I've a buyer whats lying about stated description and saying listing was listed as brand new without tags, when infact it isn't , was  used , how do I do this

You're missing the main point, you listed it as New Without Tags.

It doesn't matter what you write, it has to match the condition you listed it as.

Yeah a technicalities, I've missed no point, as I've stated above lesson learned,  but awkward does come to mind, leaving negative feedback when title description and photos state used .. them type of customers I don't want # period .. this is now resolved ..

And again you're wrong. Sellers CANNOT leave negative feedback nor can they leave negative comments.

Because not all new items have tags. I've bought brand-new clothing handmade by a small local brand before and none of it had tags since it was handmade.

My pet peeve is when people list items as NWOT but state in the description that "the item is like new; only worn twice" or "the purse was only carried for 3 hours."

Here’s a screenshot of your actual listing, says used in the title and new without tags for condition.  Having conflicting information is just opening yourself up for problems.

AND, the negative feedback you left for a buyer is a policy violation.  The buyer can report it and eBay will remove it and ding your account for the policy violation.

And  conflicting or not , there's 3 other places it says USED , described in detail n photos certainly ain't new looking, so awkward customers like this I'd rather not deal with # period.. I guess ebay agreed with the title and description as her feedback been removed .so removed
