Negative feed back what is false

Can we have unfair negative feedback removed, I've a buyer whats lying about stated description and saying listing was listed as brand new without tags, when infact it isn't , was  used , how do I do this

I totally agree, I've had people saying they not recieved items because ebay some times don't update tracking, although I have tracking by royal mail as wouldn't send anything out without it anymore for too many reporting smaller items as un delivered so stopped that last year, but you still get them trying it on with larger parcels of £70 plus , puts postal up for genuine ebayers.. customer service stinks absolutely useless, I also sell on vinted with no fees , so trying that out we will see ..

 the listing says good used condition,  so I'd of message seller on that one and it was certainly in DESCRIPTION

And maybe they can't read full description then eh.. because it's described in full detail, maybe they should of message check on that one eh..

Yes I do, don't you see top of page and photos and full description,  if I recieved something I expected be new I wouldn't be cleaning it, I'd be sending it back, I would have certainly message clear up any confusion as to description..

But at top it say Good used.. and photos actually zoom in on splas mark, also in full detailed description,  whys this buyer not returned I certainly wouldn't be cleaning something that should be new I'd request return, I'm not into technicalities when title states used,  This could of been cleared up as would of accepted return.. no messages,  nothing..

Should really consider not responding to neg or neutral feedback. Certainly costing yourself some cash.
