Anyone notice how there's an increase of buyers who message with multiple sentences ending in exclamation points? Do sellers do this too? I've always thought to use that punctuation sparingly. To me, I see it right up there as typing with caps.
I've probably received more exclamation point messages from buyers than I've noticed because I only usually catch them when it's a buyer who sent multiple messages within a short timeframe. Although I've gotten quite a few from different buyers over the weekends whose initial message is "Did you send it yet!"

Did you not go camp out overnight at the carrier's door to be 1st in line this AM to get their very important item(s) sent !!!!!!!!!!! 🤣

Pretty sure it's a byproduct of the "social media" generation.

I believe you're right - my God daughter, who turned 30 this past July, uses exclamation points constantly.
When she just messages hi, its Hi!! I asked her if I had the correct address for the new house she and her husband bought, " yes! that's us!!" Brave new world.

No, I have not noticed that.

Seems to be the current mode of communication, along with a few capital letters (for you to decipher) or a few words with a. period. between. each. one. followed by an exclamation point.
Brave new world indeed. 😉

Nothing new - I've seen it for decades.
What I do wonder at is all the people who seem compelled to end their statements with "Just sayin'" - that can die already.

I love the buyers who are so mad they mis-spell words or can complete an English sentence. Its real funny sometimes.

I'm guilty as it's mostly my age group at fault here, but I can't stand when someone uses a "!" Instead of a "?"...
I'm ok with "!?!?" But don't end a question in just '!'s and no '?'s
But "Did you send it yet!" ... or the proper "Did you send it yet?" Would likely earn the buyer a place on my BBL because I can't stand impatient buyers... love the guy who bought it at midnight and was harassing me by noon whether I had shipped yet or not. He only lived an hour away, it was going to get to him quickly regardless...
