I just spent an extremely frustrating hour, mostly on hold, with my bank, only to finally have the problem blamed on Ebay. Normally when ebay sends available funds to me over the weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday, in this case both), it shows up as deposited and available in my bank account Monday, no later than 12:00 PM, usually 11:05 AM for some reason. But today there's nothing, not even 'pending' deposits from Ebay, and this wasn't a holiday weekend or anything. The overseas phone reps for my bank (repS, plural, because they transferred me from one to the next) said Ebay has not sent funds, period. But here in my Payments page, it shows FUNDS SENT at 2:00 AM on both Saturday and Sunday mornings, same as usual.

So I am just wondering if anyone else on daily payments did not see an expected deposit in their bank today. I am not about to endure the grief of getting hold of another overseas rep (this time for Ebay) saying "Okay Ma'am" over and over, and then tell me it's my bank, not Ebay.

Swear to god, it is the year two-thousand and twenty-two, a computer can process a bazillion calculations per second and transmit them via internet in that same second, yet when it comes to money there is no reliability or predictability.

Why not compare which banks you are using? See if it's the same one......that could narrow the problem down......

So ya, my Monday deposit came in regularly but still no weekend deposits and tuesdays system has already ran everything at my bank. Something is not correct somewhere and is causing work flow issues

I don’t propose that it is a great solution, but I hear zero issues about weekly payouts. I’ve heard about issues often on for the past couple of years with those on daily payouts. Maybe switch to weekly?

ITS EBAYS ISSUE NOT YOUR BANKS. EVERYONE NEEDS TO CONTACT EBAY IMMEDIATELY IT IS A TECHNICAL SUPPORT ISSUE THERE ARE SEVERAL PEOPLE WHO HAD THE SAME EXACT PROBLEM.

Since I've been on daily payouts I received my Friday and Saturday deposits every Monday morning. Occasionally I would also get my Sunday deposits Monday morning too. Now It's Tuesday morning and I am still missing my Friday, Saturday and Sunday deposits. My bank had without fail deposited them on time until now. So I'm inclined to think it's not the bank's fault, it's ebays.

As for those who don't know how to get a live rep to talk to you go to your app to the help section or contact us. Then click on account then click on payments then click on speak to automated customer service. When it sends you the auto message just type customer service into the response box. Then they send a message saying a customer service representative will call you back in 2 mins then it asks to verify your phone number. Usually takes me about 3 mins to speak to a live agent. And if I were all of you I'd call IMMEDIATELY so ebay knows this is an I.T. issue and not blame your banks its definitely ebays issue. The reps will try to say to give it more time or check with your bank don't! Just ask for the payments department and tell them to escalate it to the technical support department.

There's over 30 people so far based on separate community threads like this one and also other websites that report issues and outtages where people are complaining that ebay did not send their weekend payouts.

Anyone use chime or stride bank??

I got the emails from eBay that they sent my payouts, but I did not receive the payouts. Normally would have shown available Monday afternoon. I did get one from Sunday for 1 store, but still missing 5 payouts from Fri-Sun. The only silver lining here is that sales suck as of recent on eBay. These missing payments would have equaled a lot more a year or two ago. This could be an eBay exit scam. They've been doing some desperate things lately.
