How to reset feedback?

Ok i ask an agent for help but i need to reset the feedback revise. I want to take advantage of getting the agent to remove my feedback. Any way i still need help.

For accounting: we need seller SKU in Reports

Now that we have to do tax reporting, it would help if the Sales / Revenue reports could contain the SKU field. The seller can add item costs there, but there could be a new companion field specifficaly for costs and transportation costs.
