Old Listing Format

Tried the new listing format.  Hate it.  How do I get back to original format?

Re: Old Listing Format

That is incorrect. Maybe it was that way at the time of this post but now there is NO option to return to the previous, much easier, listing format page. There is SO much wrong with this new format, there are not enough characters nor pleasant language to go into full detail. I just want to use the old format until eBay figures out how to roll something new out that isn't buggy or incomplete!

Re: Old Listing Format

I can still access the old bulk listing page for now...

Only a matter of time until that's gone too.

Re: Old Listing Format

I rarely complain about eBay but dang this new listing format is going to add on almost an hour to my day until I can get used to it and figure it out and even then that still doesn't stop the loading screens & not being able to scroll over to zoom in on my photos for measurements and stuff like that, please make an option to go back to the classic view.

Re: Old Listing Format

Hello, the three dots are no longer available as of this date.  I do not like this new listing format.  Please tell me we have an option to revert back to the old format.  This is terrible.  Thank you for your time.

Re: Old Listing Format

It really bugs me that the image thing is right on top.  You have to scroll down a bit to get to the UPC bar.  The UPC bar should be closer to the top...

Re: Old Listing Format

This seems to have been removed.

The only current workaround is to use the link I got from eBay CS which takes you to the bulk selling tool with the old listing format:

https://bulksell.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?SingleList&forcetool=CUB

Currently, I can't use the new listing tool as it's defaulted to the US, which prohibits me from selling in local currency or selecting a correct shipping option.

Re: Old Listing Format

I just modified the previous link and it worked in the US.

Here it is: https://bulksell.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?SingleList&forcetool=CUB

Thank you @r4nger001

Re: Old Listing Format

Its been 10 months since this tool has been released (forced on) to the general public/seller and STILL no real improvements to the tool- What are they waiting for?- to **bleep** off the rest of the selling community- Feedback for the new tool is negative across the board and they are not addressing it.  GMV is down 18% since the tool has been released- not a coincidence..... we have cut our new listings on ebay by the hundreds! its just so frustrating to fight with the inferior tool that takes 4x longer to use and frustrates at every step....... and for what?- a background removal tool that makes your pictures look like a kindergarten art show and a video feature that nobody uses???

I wish they would at least admit/address the issue and let us know if they are considering fixing and improving it.   Or let us know if the new unified mobile phone app ebay is what they are moving forward with regardless of user feedback

Re: Old Listing Format

No option to go back to the older selling version on my page. I sell one time, used type items. I don't have thousands of the same items that are from china and can just click relist or sell similar. Most items I list are handmade, vintage, and often the only one in my inventory. This new listing flow does not work well for me at all ! When selling one of a kind type used items, it takes long enough because I have to photograph edit and make a new listing for each one. Please ebay return my listing flow back to the older version. Its hard enough to sell on ebay without more computerized changes. I hate that I have been selling on ebay for more than 10 years and ebay never asks me what I would recommend in regards to changes.  WHY NOT INVOLVE THE SELLERS THAT ARE ACTUALLY LITERALLY PUTTING BLOOD AND SWEAT INTO EABY WHAT THEY THINK BEFORE MAKING ALGORITHMIC BASED CHANGES THAT EFFECT THE SUCCESS OF THE INDIVIDUAL THEREBY EFFECTING THE SUCCESS OF EBAY ITSELF. The more I think about it, the more upsetting it becomes.  Other than being cheaper for ebay please explain how changing the listing flow that has the same options but requires more clicks and more eyeball strain would cause me to have more sales? I cant sell more if I list less that's not what selling for more than a decade of ebay has taught me. More listings equals more sales in my experience. With this listing flow I make less listing, not more, simple!

Re: Old Listing Format

I can NOT get back to the previous lsiting tools which was WAY easier & more helpful than this crock we are dealing with now. The 3 dots use to have the switch option but not anymore. So are we faced with a force of like it or not?

Re: Old Listing Format

Well, I just got switched to the "new and improved" listing format and I hate it.  I'm  using a desk top, and I can't find the   option to switch back like you suggested. I've widened my page but my 3 options from those dots are  :

settings, your feedback,  latest updates.

I know you posted in April...Are still using classic now in September?
