contacting ebay is no more they make it so hard .It make you want to close your account

So i have a seller who has my money and returned item and ebay says and does nothing about it. It really make you wonder why ebay even is here.Also makes you want to close your account with them. It used to be very easy to contact ebay .

How do I generate a monthly report of the costs I paid out for shipping on free returns? That should be a deduction on annual taxes that I can use. I can't find it anywhere.Thanks in advance!Kellie
