Did you mean:

Seller claims never recieved item, then initiated a return. What now?

The item tracking shows as being delivered, but the buyers says they don't have it. Now they opened a return request, but even in the comments on the request they say they don't have the item. What do I do?

What kind of return did he open?

If it's item not received it's a slam dunk for you.

Any  other kind of return and you need to call CS now

The reason option was 'doesn't seem authentic'. But in the comments section they wrote 'I never received it'

@mastrmegatron  Hold the phone...

'Doesn't seem authentic' is a Not As Described claim. Make sure that you approve the Return within the timeframe required. You will issue a return label, but you won't have to refund until the package comes back to you .

I ask of the other posters... would it be in the OP's best interest to do a package intercept? Sorry, mega... I didn't read the replies to find if the item's value had been mentioned. Wait for it...

OP says that tracking shows Delivery. No way to intercept.

Possibly. It costs  something like $15-18 or so and there is not a 100% guarantee that it will work....and it does not cover 1st class and media I think. Someone probably knows more
