I got sammed now what

Im 100% sure i git scammed. I was looking at quest 2 vr headsets and i found a listing for $350 so without even thinking about it i bought it. Without looking at the sellers page or anythng like i usually do. So after a couole hours go by i had a feeling in my stomach something was wrong. I go ti my purchases and the persons account is gone and the listing deleted.... i feel so dumb almost 2 days later the item has not shipped. What do i do do i wait for the est delivery time then contact ebay or should i contact ebay right away and is this type of thing coverd? Please help and thank you.

eBay will refund you 100%. As long as you did everything through eBay. I've had something similar happen to me (listing, seller account disappeared). And couldn't figure out how to contact eBay, but they refunded me my money within a day or two. Keep in mind also sometimes the listing and account disappears because ebay probably deleted it due to them knowing it's a scam.

When the listing and/or account are gone eBay removed them for some infraction. Due to privacy laws they will not share the reason.does item still appear in you purchases?If yes you may have wait til estimated delivery date has passed to open a not received case

Since the seller was removed by eBay you should not have to wait. Go to the resolution center, link at lower right of this page and file an item not received case.

Next time, avoid any too good to be true listings.

If Ebay removed the item, they should have sent you an email explaining what you need to do.
